Staying at Home is the most effective strategy to prevent Covid-19 and delay the transmission. Keep yourself and others safe from the infection by reducing contact with family and friends and by following the given preventive measures:
- You should wash your hands from time to time for at least 20 seconds with soap and water or use a hand sanitizer.
- If you visit crowded places, maintain a distance of at least 6 feet from others.
- Even if you don’t feel unwell, wear a mask in public. It will help safeguard others if you are infected.
- While coughing and sneezing, use a tissue or the inside of your elbow. Throw away the used tissues in the garbage and wash your hands.
- Stay home and contact your physician if you experience symptoms such as a fever, cough, or shortness of breath.
